I’M HERE TO HELP

I am a qualified reward based dog trainer offering highly recommended classes in Bramfiel (near Hertford), Harlow, Hunsdon (near Ware) and Watton-at-Stone. I also offer extremely popular in-home training across West Essex and East Hertfordshire.

Doggie Escape Challenges!

Want to try something completely different with your dog?  Want to challenge yourself and work as a team with other dog handlers?

Spend the workshop solving clues, cracking codes and figuring out puzzles as well as completing a variety of dog training tasks to achieve an end goal.

Prizes to be won throughout the challenge and certificates at the end too.

The challenges are held at Bramfield, Hertfordshire and Ely, Cambridgeshire where we have heated indoor training areas, toilets, kitchen facilities and very large outdoor spaces at both venues.

There will be different themes throughout 2019 so keep a lookout for new themes!  Do book early as these Doggie Escape Challenges are extremely popular.

The challenge begins at 10 am (except the Halloween special at Ely, Cambs) and your aim is to work together to complete the tasks by 2 pm.  Teas, coffees, biscuits and cakes are provided throughout the day.

Come and join in the fun!

At Bramfield, Herts there are just 6 dogs maximum with myself as your Gamesmaster.

At Ely, Cambs there are 10 dogs maximum split across two teams with 2 Gamesmasters (myself and fabulous APDT trainer, Calum Mcconnell).

Meet Lou Bater

Lou Bater, BSc (hons), APDT, UK (01275), ABTC Registered is an experienced reward based dog trainer and has enjoyed competing in an array of dog sports including Agility, Flyball and Canicross with her own dogs

“Our course with Louise gave Fidget and I a big start in the use of reward based training. The location is perfect – lots of real life distractions to be coped with during the session, which makes park life much easier to handle on morning walks…..The homework is great fun – the balls in the muffin tray game is a particular favourite. Thanks to Louise from Fidget and me!!”
