I’M HERE TO HELP

I am a qualified reward based dog trainer offering highly recommended classes in Bramfield (near Hertford), Harlow, Hunsdon (near Ware) and Watton-at-Stone. I also offer extremely popular in-home training across Essex and Hertfordshire.

Hunsdon (Near Ware) Dog Training

Happiest Hounds Dog Training hold classes in the pretty village of Hunsdon (near Ware).  Classes are held in an indoor hall with enclosed private outdoor courtyard area.  Hunsdon classes are held at Hunsdon Village Hall, 45 High Street, Hunsdon, Ware, Hertfordshire, SG12 8NJ.

On Wednesday evenings, the exclusive APDT Good Companion Awards classes are held where you train towards a Certificate of Achievement.  Classes are held at 7 pm or 8:15 pm and are an hour each.  The course is for 7 weeks.  Also on Wednesday evenings, a Life Skills Follow on Course is occasionally held exclusively for dogs who have completed a Puppy Course with Happiest Hounds at any venue or privately.  Classes at Hunsdon are very small, just FOUR dogs per class maximum to give you lots of one to one attention and tailored advice for you and your dog.  These classes fill extremely quickly so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.  If you’d like to be one of the first to be notified when a class is available to book, email office@happiesthounds.com to request early notification of new classes on offer.

Meet Lou Bater

Lou Bater, BSc (hons), APDT, UK (01275), ABTC Registered is an experienced reward based dog trainer and has enjoyed competing in an array of dog sports including Agility, Flyball and Canicross with her own dogs

“I had an amazing time training with Louise at Happiest Hounds. It was great to work outside in a real life environment with real life distractions. Timba’s focus on me increased dramatically with him wanting to focus on me rather than sniff around and look at the birds which for a Springer Spaniel was amazing! I really enjoyed the class, I have trained many dogs in the past yet I still learnt some new tricks. I’m looking forward to the advanced classes.”
